JoyCon Droid Tips 6.0

An application that enables you to use your smartphone as a Left JoyCon, Right JoyCon, or Pro Controller.

**Note:** After Firmware Version 12.0.0, this application requires Root and Magisk Module.

**Caution:** If you are unfamiliar with **Root** or **Magisk**, it is advised to refrain from using this application.

This application and any associated software are provided as-is and do not come with any guarantees.

It is worth mentioning that the application may not function properly on certain devices. Kindly report any issues with specific device models via Discord or Email.

The application necessitates your device to have a Bluetooth HID Profile, requiring at least Android Pie (9) for compatibility.

JoyCon Droid is tailored for users who possess an NX Console but prefer not to invest in additional JoyCons. The app emulates a JoyCon for controlling your NX Console. Moreover, it allows you to link your USB gamepad to your phone, serving as a conduit to control the Switch.

This application mandates Android Pie (9) or newer to function. Key features include:

• Pairing with Switch
• Accelerometer
• Gyroscope
• Custom Gamepad Interfaces

Instructions and Support:

• Switch > Settings (Gear Icon)
• Controller and Sensors > Disconnect Controllers
• Controller and Sensors > Change Grip/Order
• Open JoyCon Droid > Tap Left JoyCon button. Tap okay if prompted to enable Bluetooth. Tap the Sync button between left and right shoulder buttons. (May require multiple attempts). Tap okay when the advertisement notification appears (300 seconds). Pair once prompted by the Switch to connect. Once the JoyCon appears on the Switch, press both left and right shoulder buttons.
